Edificio rehabilitado en la década de los ochenta destinado en la actualidad a usos sociales. En él encontramos la biblioteca-ciberteca, la ludoteca, el hogar del jubilado y la sede de diferentes asociaciones. En la planta baja cuenta con un salón de usos múltiples en el que se realizan diversas actividades culturales a lo largo del año.
